Advisa Care is seeking a Home Health and Hospice Care Sales Professional to join our growing team in the Jackson, MI area. You will drive referrals by calling physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers, and by building trusted relationships with care teams.
This full-time role offers base salary plus incentive compensation, top-notch benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Travel within the territory and a strong emphasis on coordinated, patient-centered care are expected.
