Senior Account Manager – LSP Area Sales

• Develop and manage the indirect retail sales channel throughout Michigan and Ohio.
• Support small to medium size businesses and marketing DIRECTV services.
• Represent DIRECTV in the Michigan/Ohio market for dealers.
• Partner with dealers to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Analyze dealer performance metrics and implement action plans.
• Travel to dealer locations for sales agent trainings and support operations.
• Regular training, development, and coaching of indirect dealer accounts.

• Typically requires 3 – 5 years of sales experience, 5 – 7 years desired.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
• Familiarity with face to face, traditional, and digital marketing strategies.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Self-starter hungry to drive growth.
• Ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully.
• Training experience leading in person trainings of 50+ attendees.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, compliance, finance, and marketing teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and AI tools such as ChatGPT and CoPilot.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
