Cardiovascular Specialist Job Columbia area,Missouri USA,Sales

Territory Assignment:

Field-based sales role covering the St. Louis, MO territory and surrounding areas.
Overnight travel may be required about 25% to support client meetings and ensure territory coverage.

Position Overview:

Develop and manage relationships with health care customers, including cardiologists, primary care, and other health care professionals.
Engage with physicians’ offices, integrated delivery systems, pharmacies, and hospital clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with policies, standards, and ethics.
Maintain current product knowledge and required certifications.
Conduct balanced and compliant product sales discussions aligned with product labeling.
Provide management updates on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and progress toward quality goals.
Use headquarter-approved information regarding approved products, disease, and marketplace.
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma/equivalent with 0–3 years relevant experience (S1) OR 3+ years sales experience (S2) or at least 6 years relevant experience.
Analyze complex data to develop strategic sales plans.
Comfortable using digital tools to engage health care professionals.
Flexible/adaptable to changing market conditions.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills; works independently and collaboratively.
Valid driver’s license.
Live in the territory or within 25 miles (metro) / 75 miles (non-metro); relocate at own expense if outside.

Preferred Experience /

Skills:

Sales/account management/consultative or customer service background.
Experience analyzing metrics; at least 3 years relevant sales experience.
Cardiovascular sales experience with relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists.
Ability to simplify complex information; advanced analytics; multi-channel tools; proactive, agile growth mindset.
