Our Second Shift Commercial Flooring Team does real, physical work using professional equipment - and we're looking for dependable people who aren't afraid to work hard, learn a trade, and step up when needed.

Pay Range: $24 - $29 per hour

This role is ideal for someone who wants steady work, good pay, and skills that matter. You'll work alongside experienced Crew Chiefs, learn professional floor care techniques, and be part of a team that takes pride in quality.

• Show up on time and take pride in your work
• Like physical, hands-on jobs

• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Can lift and move equipment safely

What You'll Be Doing:

• Cleaning and restoring commercial carpet, hard floors, and upholstery
• Using professional-grade cleaning equipment and tools
• Helping your crew complete jobs efficiently and correctly
• Learning specialized skills through paid training

Pay: $26-$35/hour

This role is for someone who's ready to lead - or ready to grow into it. As a Crew Chief, you'll run a crew each night, make sure jobs are done safely and correctly, and help train others along the way.

You don't need to have all the answers - but you do need to be reliable, organized, and willing to take responsibility.
