Job Title: Service Technician

This role involves the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of radio communication systems, surveillance camera networks, and other technical equipment across various locations. It requires technical training, hands‑on problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.

• Being on time.
• Provide user training and technical support to end‑users.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Adhere to health & safety protocols.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting equipment or working in elevated locations

• Experience selling two‑way radio technology products a plus but not necessary.
• Strong comfort level with technology and technical products.
• Desire to succeed and continue learning.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service and client‑focused mindset.
• Comfort with building relationships with clients at all levels of the organization.
