Job Description Position Summary

Del's Appliance Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled and dependable Appliance Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of residential appliances. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently while representing our company with professionalism.

• Diagnose and repair household appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and more
• Accurately identify issues and recommend effective solutions
• Complete service calls in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs to customers clearly
• Maintain proper documentation of work performed, parts used, and customer signatures
• Ensure company vehicle is stocked, clean, and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Collect payments when necessary and verify accuracy

• Previous appliance repair experience preferred (or strong mechanical aptitude)
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional

• EPA certification
• HVAC knowledge or experience
• Experience with sealed systems or refrigeration

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing
• Ability to work in various home environments
