Fullstack Engineer

Overview

We're looking for a Full Stack Java Developer who thrives at the intersection of modern engineering and emerging AI technologies. You'll join a fast-moving team building scalable, cloud-ready applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React or Angular — all within a mature, modern SDLC. This isn't a role where you'll be handed a spec sheet and left alone. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to shape solutions, apply AI and prompt engineering techniques to real business problems, and contribute to a codebase you'll actually be proud of.

• Design and develop full stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot on the backend and React and/or Angular on the frontend.
• Participate in all phases of a modern SDLC — from sprint planning and design review through deployment and post-release monitoring.
• Integrate and apply AI/ML capabilities and prompt engineering techniques to enhance application functionality and developer productivity.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and support Dev Ops practices including automated testing, containerization, and cloud deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development with strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with React and/or Angular for frontend development.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques — you know how to put them to practical use.
• Solid understanding of modern SDLC practices including Agile, CI/CD, and test-driven development.
• Experience with Dev Ops tooling (Docker, Jenkins, Git) and/or GCP is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you can explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
