Job Title
Faber & Brand, LLC is a law firm specializing in debt collection across several states who is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their IT team. In this role, this individual will apply foundational coding and logic skills directly to real-world business problems, managing data workflows and legal automation tools from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Workflow & Automation Management:
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize data-driven automations - Source Control & Deployment:
Maintain code integrity by utilizing repositories and participating in basic software development pipelining and deployment workflows - Document Logic & Template Design:
Create and revise legal document templates - Database Querying:
Write and execute SQL queries to extract data and address business concerns - Logic & Error Analysis:
Review existing code, templates, and workflows to identify bugs and systemic failure patterns - Ticket Management:
Monitor, review, and resolve tasks submitted through an IT support portal - Internal Technical Support:
Fulfill hardware swapouts and software installs, when necessary

- Programming Core:
