* Position Responsibilities:

*** Designs, develops, tests, and maintains embedded software throughout the end-to-end lifecycle that meets industry, customer, safety, and regulation standards.
* Reviews, analyzes, and translates customer requirements into initial design of software products.
* Develops interface definitions
* Performs unit and integration testing
* Participates in peer reviews
* Supports software system integration and test
* Create software documentation      
** Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
*** Bachelor’s Degree
* ** Active Secret with ability to obtain Top Secret & Special Program Access
*** 3+ years of experience in C++, Python, and C#
* 3+ years of experience with Linux development
* 3+ years of experience git or similar version control system
* 3+ years of experience in software architecture development and open architectures
* 3+ years with network architectures and software applications that communicate through
** TCP/UDP based networks
**** Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
*** 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* ** Experienced Level** / Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 5+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of directly related work experience OR 13+ years of related, relevant experience
* ** Senior Level** / Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 9+ years of related work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 13+ years of directly related work experience OR 17+ years of related, relevant experience
* ** Active Top Secret/SCI
*** Knowledge of host environments, including processors, operating systems and networks. Ability to build, integrate and troubleshoot software components.
