CDL-A OTR Driver

Earn $1,900-$2,200 per week running steady refrigerated freight for a Missouri-based company with 2024 and newer Freightliner Cascadias.

This is a strong seat for experienced drivers who want real miles, newer equipment, professional dispatch, strong support, and a company ranked in the top 3% for safety and maintenance.

Pay and bonuses:

• $0.66 CPM
• 3 CPM mileage bonus at 11,000+ miles
• $60 extra stop pay
• $30/hour detention pay
• Accessorial pay
• $300 orientation pay after 1 day
• Up to $3,200 in annual vacation pay

Equipment and freight:

• 2024 and newer Freightliner Cascadias
• 2023 and newer trailers
• Automatic trucks
• Steady refrigerated freight
• Primarily east of I-35
• Professional dispatch
• Passenger ride-along program starting day one

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 3+ years of OTR experience
• Safe driving history
• Must meet FMCSA requirements
• X endorsement preferred, but not required
