Shipping Associate – Full-Time | Linn, MO

Penmac Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate for a warehouse facility in Linn, Missouri. This full-time Shipping Associate position is a great fit for someone with prior warehouse or shipping experience who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team. You will play an important role in preparing outgoing shipments and helping ensure orders are accurate and on time.

• Previous shipping or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, walking, and working on your feet for extended periods
• Steel toe boots required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

• Prepare outgoing shipments by verifying orders and quantities
• Package, label, and stage products for shipment
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping goals

• Full-time, Monday through Friday

  7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay: $17.25 per hour
