Chapman Ford of Columbia is interviewing for an experienced, professional and self motivated service advisor. This is a full time year round position offering excellent benefits and generous income. We have a large customer base, established technical staff and a process driven management team who is looking for a goal oriented advisor to join our staff. - Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Promptly meet and greet customers and generate work orders while following corporate and manufacturer guidelines
- Provide accurate estimates to customers

- Maintain corporate and manufacturer objectives for CSI, Sales and Training
- Minimize open repair orders and special order parts
- Maintain contact with clients during repair or service process
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management
