ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer for our Columbia, PA facility. The role leads Lean deployment and CI initiatives across the site, collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed improvement into daily operations and plant culture.
We are looking for a engineering graduate with 2–4 years in manufacturing and hands-on CI experience (Kaizen, Rapid Improvement Events). Strong data-driven problem solving and ERP familiarity are preferred.
