We're looking for technicians with hands‑on experience and a solid foundation in a variety of maintenance and repair disciplines. Candidates with a background in the following areas are highly encouraged to apply:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead dock and door equipment
- Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system troubleshooting and repair
- Welding and fabrication experience
- General facility maintenance and construction support, including pallet racking repair & fixture maintenance
- General electrical systems knowledge and the ability to safely diagnose and repair basic circuits
- Construction and structural repair work, such as concrete & masonry, painting, debris removal, carpentry, drywall, or demolition
- Mechanical aptitude with hands‑on technical experience in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems
- A strong work ethic and personal pride in quality workmanship and accountability
- Customer‑focused mindset with a professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- DOT Medical Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire; company assistance available)
