We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our established team. The ideal candidate will hold, or be able to obtain, a Hazardous Materials (H) or Hazmat + Tanker (X) endorsement. This role offers a rotating schedule with regional and cross‑country routes to our distribution centers in Missouri, Texas, and Nevada, with regular home time and substantial scheduled time off between assignments.

• Dedicated routes and familiar destinations – very few brokered loads.

• Assigned and well‑maintained trucks and trailers – Volvo VNL 860 trucks avg. 2 years old or newer.
• Drivers communicate and work directly with company leadership and are known by name – no corporate dispatch or call centers.
• Average driver earned over $96,000 in pay and per diem in 2025.

• Average driver logged 170 days without driving duties during 2025.

• Safely operate assigned truck to regional and cross‑country destinations.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with dispatch.
• Plan routes, meet delivery schedules, and comply with all traffic laws and regulations (local, state, federal).
• Secure, arrange, and balance cargo appropriately.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections; report and address defects, mechanical issues, or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate Electronic Log Device (ELD) records and other required documentation.
• Conduct daily maintenance of truck (refueling, cleaning, routine checks).
• Load and unload freight using forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.
• Interact professionally with customers at pickup and delivery locations.
• Comply with FMCSA random drug and alcohol testing requirements.

• Clean driving record.
• Current Class A CDL with current or obtainable Hazmat (H) or Tanker (X) endorsement.
• 2+ years of proven experience operating similar equipment preferred.
• Ability to drive long distances and be on the road up to two weeks.
• Medical Certificate and ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA safety regulations.
• Comfortable using GPS, ELD, and related technology.
• Sufficient physical fitness, hand‑eye coordination, vision, and hearing acuity to perform essential duties.
