Job Summary
- Responsible for processing requests for grade forgiveness in accordance with University policy. Assists with processing of final grades. Processes grade forms, including grade changes, makeup forms, hardship withdrawals, registration exception forms, exam/exempt credit, grades communications, and grades reporting. Interprets and articulates academic, institutional, campus, and departmental policies and procedures to current and former students, staff, faculty, and other constituents.

Education and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a job related field and no prior work experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
