Administrative Assistant Facilities Management, Columbia; RICHLAND

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing requisitions, inventory supplies to include office, chemicals, and janitorial.

Preparing and entering commissary orders, receiving and reconciliation of purchase orders and invoices.

Fiscal year-end closeout, codes 21-20 forms for projects ensuring funds are available.

Serves as liaison with accounts payable, purchasing and SCDC vendors.

Serves as fiscal manager for assigned projects for the division of facilities management to ensure compliance with approved budget and avoid over expenditures and/or inappropriate expenditures.

Must be proficient in Microsoft office programs and SCEIS.

Resume preferred, but not required.

A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience. SCDC
