Senior Construction Project Manager
Location:
Columbia, SC Salary: $130k-$170k
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a well-established design-build general contractor. The company delivers ground-up and interior renovation projects across commercial, medical, and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are hiring both Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage all phases of assigned projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Oversee project teams and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Review and approve project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and project plans
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
What You Need for This Position
- Strong experience as a Project Manager for GCs with projects related to any of the following:
Commercial, Industrial, Multifamily, Hospitality, etc. - Experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Ground-up and TI experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
