Senior Estimator
Job Title:

Job Location:
Columbia, SC
Salary: $120k-$150k + Potential Bonus, Benefits, Vehicle, etc.
Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Estimator on commercial projects. This is a full time/permanent position with a well established General Contractor with a wide range of commercial projects. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Estimators to prepare detailed estimates for ground-up commercial projects.

- Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to understand the scope of work.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Analyze project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions.
- 5+ Years Experience as an Estimator on Commercial projects
- Proficiency in estimating software
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
