• Monday–Friday (1st shift, 8AM - 5PM)
• Enjoy your evenings and weekends off!

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of support and the go-to problem solver for our customers! Your day will include:

• Answering customer questions with professionalism, accuracy, and a smile
• Researching and resolving inquiries quickly and effectively
• Assisting customers via phone, email, web, or in person
• Keeping detailed and accurate records of interactions
• Processing adjustments and digging into issues to find the right solutions

• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong typing skills (30+ WPM)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
