* Required Skills:

* - Unencumbered MD/DO license in any U.S. state
- Completion of Urology Residency from an accredited U.S. training program
- Proficiency in urological surgical services
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- DEA certification
- Ability to pass a government background check

* - Experience with advanced urological procedures
- Prior on-call experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education and Experience:

** Other Requirements:*
* - Willingness to participate in on-call rotations (7 days per month, including one weekend)
- Ability to perform scheduled procedures and manage patient emergencies on-site
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with some on-call hours in the evenings and weekends
