· Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): CPRS

Required:
Board Certified or Eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
· Licensure
Required:
Any Unrestricted State License
