Opex Training Lead

The Operational Excellence Training Lead is a key department position that contributes to the achievement of the company's objectives by making sure that employees get the right training to succeed, helping the company grow through learning and development. This role is responsible for supporting company initiatives and EPIC values in the areas of safety, employee engagement, employee retention, and continuous improvement.

The Operational Excellence Training Lead will be responsible for planning, creating, and deploying training programs that help employees develop the knowledge and skills they need for their jobs. This role will work closely with different teams and leaders to determine what determine what training is needed, design relevant programs, schedule and organize training sessions, and make sure everything is running smoothly.

They perform minor content updates and work with the Instructional Designer/Developer for more extensive revisions.
