Key Responsibilities:- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create a positive learning environment
- Adapt teaching materials and methods to meet diverse student needs
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or equivalent
- Valid South Carolina teaching certification in Special Education or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a school setting, familiar with special education methods and student needs
- Successful completion of background checks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility with scheduling
- Physical ability to meet demands of a school environment
- Weekly direct deposit with next-day pay features coming soon, at rates 13% above market average
