About the Opportunity

This role is ideal for a licensed civil engineer who enjoys managing projects from concept through permitting and construction while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. The Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating design efforts, guiding project execution, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

We support a wide variety of project types, including public sector infrastructure, commercial development, institutional facilities, aviation, healthcare, and education, offering exposure to diverse and technically interesting work.

You’ll join a collaborative environment where teams work together to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients while continuing to grow professionally within a respected engineering practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering site development projects from planning through design and permitting
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies
• Guide design efforts related to grading, utilities, drainage, and overall site development
• Mentor junior engineers and support a collaborative project environment

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Approximately 7+ years of experience in civil site design and development
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D including grading, utilities, and site layout
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving team environment
• A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work
