- Produce construction documents for normal and emergency power, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage building systems
- Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, short circuit and coordination studies, and code reviews
- Partner with architects, internal disciplines, and external stakeholders to move projects from concept through construction support
- Mentor junior designers and help maintain technical quality, schedule alignment, and client responsiveness across active work
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical deliverables to support quality and consistency throughout the design process
- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and day-to-day execution across multiple assignments

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 8 or more years of electrical design experience within a consulting engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA standards, energy codes, and current industry best practices
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical analysis software
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional project teams
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
- Professional Engineer license preferred
