Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager
- Civil to oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of civil engineering projects including grading, excavating, and site preparation.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to construction and utilities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess project progress and provide solutions to any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering or construction industry.
• Proven experience in grading, excavating, and site preparation for industrial and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
