• Leading geotechnical investigations across commercial, industrial, transportation, and infrastructure projects
• Interpreting subsurface conditions and developing practical engineering recommendations
• Supporting projects from field exploration through design and construction
• Working closely with clients, project managers, geologists, and technical teams
• Mentoring junior engineers and helping strengthen the overall capability of the team
• Supporting both Columbia and Augusta operations while building long-term client relationships
