Founded in 1998, FOX was the FIRST private practice in the country to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. The Fitness Specialist opportunity entails the following:

* Patient continuity:
Patients are prescribed exercise programs to maintain functional levels after discharge from rehabilitation services.

* Excellent support system:
Fox provides significant support for our Fitness Specialists through leadership, clinical education, and an assigned Program Manager.

Requirements:

* Must have one of the following:
Bachelors in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology;
Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized and accredited organization preferred (i.e., ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA); or prior experience as a fitness trainer, with willingness to become a Certified Personal Trainer

* Routine travel to patient residences and between Senior Living Communities.

* Expand territory as needed.

* Travel as needed per practice requirements.

* CPR Certification

* Previous experience working with older adults in a proactive and wellness setting preferred.

* Basic computer skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
