Must-Have:
1-year experience in Epic EMR required.
Proficient in adult acute care and outpatient settings, with competency across all age groups.
Experience in imaging of chest, abdomen, pelvis, head, musculoskeletal trauma, and spine.
Competent in contrast media preparation/administration and starting peripheral IVs.

Experience with equipment including GE, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba, and PACS.

Description:

Position requires an MRI Tech with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
The scheduling details include shift hours from 7 AM to 7:30 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
All scheduling requests must be included with the submission and only approved requests will be accommodated.
Facility has the option to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
Locals are not accepted.
Pending license will not be accepted.
The candidate must have an active SCQRSA license, ARRT MR, and BLS certification.
Proficiency is required in imaging across all age groups in acute care settings.
Required clinical skills include contrast media preparation and administration as well as starting peripheral IVs.
The candidate should be familiar with isolation precautions.
Staff may float to other units based on census and only to units for which they are qualified and trained.
Candidates must comply with floating policies as required.
Additional information regarding patient demographics, daily census, and staffing needs will be provided.
Travelers must adhere to specific distance rules in relation to eligibility.

This position requires completing annual modules and competencies.
Candidates should be prepared for further assessment as required by the facility.
Communication with management should be maintained for any issues that arise.
