Job Description

BA candidate will be supporting existing and newly implemented systems in Microsoft Dynamics to support continued COVID
19 activities that include contact monitoring, testing events and registration, and other Public Health Information Technology systems. The System BA will need to provide support, analysis, testing, problem resolution, reporting, and monitoring of those systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):

1. Knowledge of Information Technology Field, best practices, organization, and operations

2. An aptitude for learning new skills and applying knowledge to solve complex problems.

4. Expertise designing, implementing, and supporting Enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements

5. MS OFFICE 365, MS OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, VISIO, TEAMS, SHAREPOINT)

6. Flexible and easily adapts to changing priorities
