Quality Assurance Analyst / Test Lead

The State of South Carolina is seeking experienced Quality Assurance Analysts and Test Leads to support enterprise application development, modernization, and system implementation projects through comprehensive quality assurance and testing activities.

Daily

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Track and manage defects through resolution.
• Coordinate testing activities with development and business teams.
• Validate software releases and production deployments.
• Prepare testing metrics and status reports.
• Support Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Ensure software quality standards are met throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Manual and Automated Testing.
• Test Planning and Execution.
• Defect Tracking (JIRA/Azure Dev Ops).
• Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing.
• SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Preferred

Skills:

• Selenium or other automation tools.
• SQL for data validation.
• Healthcare or Government experience.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
