Field Support Specialist

PURE Property Management is seeking a Field Support Specialist to deliver on-site and remote support to local property management teams. In this role, you'll assist with property onboarding, leasing and maintenance workflows, and resident/owner support, ensuring consistent, high-quality service. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, train staff on company systems, document procedures, and help optimize field operations. Partner closely with local teams and central support to solve problems, improve processes, and support tech-driven growth across a rapidly expanding residential property management platform.
