Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester
We're hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required 4 days a week.
Skills &Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with:
- Healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid) and business processes
- Translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios
- 2 years knowledge of manual testing techniques (functional, regression, smoke, usability, boundary testing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills:
- 3 years of experience with:
- QA tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Test Rail, or similar
- Standard SDLC (waterfall methodology) and in an Agile delivery
- 2 years of experience with large enterprise or e-business systems
- Perform tests on technical solutions to isolate and solve issues
- Initiate tests, analyze results, and find solutions to technical problems
- Demonstrate proficiency in test processes and SDLC tools
- Translate functional and technical requirements and technical designs into test cases
Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, healthcare or related field or equivalent years of experience
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000.
