Sourcing Strategy Manager

Organize and lead all internal stakeholders to develop and implement Sourcing Strategy for Finished Goods

Develop strong preferred supplier relationships across the entire value chain

Conduct global business reviews to drive KPI performance including lead time, OTD, quality, production support and flexibility

Assist business in resolution of critical quality and service problems

Manage Sourced Finished Goods cost to achieve organization goals

Negotiate global contractual agreements with OEM suppliers

Perform RFQ events with assigned categories

Conduct risk mitigation analysis on supply base

Skills and Capabilities (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

Extensive knowledge of OEM landscape in Low Cost Regions and capability to analyze souring issues, recommend solutions and strategies as well as implement changes

Strong knowledge of the strategic sourcing methodology and its application (e.g. should cost mold and fact-based negotiations)

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage strategic supplier relationships, including relationship building, performance development and integration

Results-oriented and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
