Attentive Angels is seeking a driven, people-first leader to join our team as an Area Director of Operations overseeing all South Carolina locations.
This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will shape operations, drive growth, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and caregivers across the state.

What You'll Do
Lead Multi-Site Operations
- Oversee daily operations across multiple branches throughout South Carolina
- Mentor and develop Branch Directors, Administrators, and office teams
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
Drive Growth & Performance
- Own P&L performance, census growth, and operational KPIs
- Partner with recruiting and sales to increase caregiver staffing and client referrals
- Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and service areas
Deliver Exceptional Client Experience
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all locations
- Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and service outcomes
- Act as a leader in client relationship management and issue resolution
Operational Excellence
- Standardize processes while adapting to local needs
- Identify gaps and implement performance improvement strategies
- Lead regular performance reviews, team meetings, and operational check-ins
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure all operations meet state, federal, and company standards
- Maintain readiness for audits and licensing requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in quality metrics and outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 5–7+ years of multi-site leadership experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
- Proven ability to manage operations, drive growth, and lead teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
- Knowledge of home care regulations (preferred but not required)
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel regularly across South Carolina
