Perform structural steel fitting for a variety of fabrication projects, ensuring components align and fit according to specifications;
Complete flux core welding on structural and pipe assemblies, following established welding procedures and quality standards;
Use a tape measure accurately to the 1/16th of an inch to lay out, mark, and verify dimensions on steel and pipe materials;
Carry, position, and handle materials and components weighing up to 50 lbs safely throughout the workday;
Carry out pipe fitting tasks, including cutting, fitting, and aligning pipe sections for welding and installation
