We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia care across our hospital and ambulatory surgery centers. Required Skills:

• Valid CRNA certification and license (state license or compact license accepted)
• DEA registration
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency with Epic EMR (highly preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational skills and professional reliability

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Prior experience in hospital and outpatient surgical settings
• Familiarity with Draeger anesthesia machines, Glide scopes, and Alaris IV pumps
• Flexibility to rotate between multiple surgery centers in Lexington, Irmo, and Northeast Columbia
• Willingness to travel up to once or twice a week to surgery centers

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with at least 2 years of clinical practice
• Excellent knowledge of anesthesia procedures and patient safety standards
• Experience working within the Epic EMR system

Other Requirements:

• License to practice in South Carolina or a compact license
• Ability to complete credentialing within 60-90 days
• Willingness to work consistent 40-hour week shifts, including 4x10-hour days (08:00 - 17:00)
• Must be available to work every week; no part-time candidates considered
• Support staff:
  Anesthesia techs
• Patient age range: 18 and older, with limited pediatric cases
• Billable procedures include general, GYN, ortho, urology, vascular, and other specialty cases

This position offers competitive pay at $241.80 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit.
