A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience which is shown to be progressively responsible.

Excellent clinical skills required with critical care experience preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. MSN with minimum of 6 months supervisory experience or BSN/Diploma with 2 years nursing experience and minimum of 6 months supervisory experience, or ADN with 2 years nursing experience with 1 year supervisory experience required.

Supervisory experience may be obtained through coursework in supervision/management or actual work experience.

Current SC RN license in good standing required. BLS & ACLS certification required.
