Interim Health Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to lead with empathy and clinical excellence in palliative care. This PRN role focuses on delivering patient-centered end-of-life care with dignity, comfort, and support for patients and families in South Carolina.
You will perform assessments, manage symptoms and medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the IDG to ensure seamless care. A SC RN license and hospice experience are preferred.
