Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, LTAC Medical-Surgical/Telemetry – South Carolina

Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM;
Every other weekend with additional coverage as needed based on unit census

- Opportunity to care for complex adult and geriatric patients requiring extended acute care services
Requirements:
- Active South Carolina RN license
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in LTAC Medical-Surgical/Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, or Progressive Care Unit settings
- Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
- Experience with arterial lines, ventilator management, continuous IV sedation, vasopressors, and complex wound care preferred
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and stroke scale assessment
- Willingness to float to other units based on facility needs and census requirements
- First-time travelers considered based on relevant experience
- Current flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
