Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) LTAC Medical-Surgical/Telemetry – South Carolina

Start Date: November 2, 2026
Location: Upstate South Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; every other weekend required with flexibility based on unit needs

Highlights:

• Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit with 15-bed census
• Patient ratio of 5:1 across all shifts
• Epic EMR system with Omnicell medication management
• 24 hours of orientation provided; first-time travelers considered based on experience
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, and radiology
• Floating required based on census needs to units within clinical competency

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina RN license
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in LTAC MS/Telemetry, Medical-Surgical, or Progressive Care Unit
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Annual flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Competency in managing complex patient conditions including CHF, COPD, stroke, diabetes management, ventilator care, and telemetry monitoring
