Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Comply with the Cicis image and appearance standards - proper uniform and work attire at all times.

Team Player
-Work as a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other work positions during their shift as needed, and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each work shift
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
-Support sales building initiatives by suggestively selling when completing a guest's order. Accurately use the POS system, process cash and credit card transactions and assist guests with ToGo orders.
Guest First Focused - Providing quality guest service through positive and friendly interactions and acting with a sense of urgency in all we do.
Productive and focused when performing assigned work position duties including preparing ingredients, making quality products, cutting pizzas, restocking salad bar, pizza buffet and dessert bar. taking guest orders.
Protect the restaurant's assets by maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area at all times and complying with all food safety, security and sanitation standards.
