Train and develop Shortage Control Associates and support store leadership in shortage reduction initiatives;
Identify and report theft incidents and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed;
Conduct store audits, monitor point of sale transactions, and support internal controls;
Assist in onboarding and ongoing training of associates in shortage reduction programs
