Sales Associate

The Sales Associate supports the store's operations by assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store appearance, stocking merchandise, and providing exceptional service. This role requires product knowledge, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Broad based industry knowledge encompassing beer is a plus!

- Greet and assist customers with product recommendations across beer, wine, and spirits.

- Educate customers on product attributes, pairings, and promotions.

- Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain proper product displays.

- Support inventory management and perform counts as directed.

- Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage.

- Ensure store cleanliness and organization throughout all departments.

- Provide support during tastings, demos, and special events.

- Follow all company policies and procedures.

- Contribute to team goals and store success.
