Job Summary

The Arnold Healthy Kids Initiative seeks a Research Program Coordinator to support funded public health research projects. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day research activities, participant recruitment and retention, data collection, regulatory compliance, and communication with community partners and funding agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate research project operations and timelines.

* Develop and implement participant recruitment and retention strategies.

* Prepare and submit IRB applications and related compliance documents.

* Train and support research staff on study protocols and procedures.

* Manage project records, data collection activities, and progress reports.

* Collaborate with investigators, community partners, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful public health research in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support project activities.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

* Expertise in the use of computers and the Internet.

* A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.

* Experience or interest in sleep in children or youth.

* Strong verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with parents, community partner personnel, children, and the community at large.
