Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify irregular conditions;
Monitor access points and verify identification, badges, and/or visitor logs in accordance with site procedures;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting supervisors and/or public responders as required by post orders
