Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned areas, including building interiors, grounds and perimeter.;
Complete patrol observations, incident reports and daily activity logs per site requirements.;
Communicate with Allied Universal leadership, site contacts and/or local public resources as needed to support incident response and post operations.
