Security Officer - Office Park Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and potential hazards.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalating to management and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Complete routine security-related checks such as observing entry and exit activity, assisting with access control points, and documenting incidents, observations, and actions taken.;
Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence, monitoring for suspicious behavior, and helping to deter theft and/or property damage while maintaining professional customer service.
