Security Officer - Keycard Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location;
Control entry and exit at gates and/or building entrances by checking identification, verifying visitor authorization, issuing visitor passes, and directing traffic flow in accordance with posted rules;
Monitor cameras, intercoms, and/or alarm panels, and document access activity, deliveries, and incidents in required logs and reports;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting property management and/or emergency services as needed;
Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining a professional presence, communicating with residents and staff, and reporting hazards, suspicious activity, or policy violations through Allied Universal protocols
